At SUICONO , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have up to 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.

Conditions for Return

• The product must be in its original condition .

• The invoice or proof of purchase must be included.

• No returns are accepted for beauty or health products if they have been installed or used.

• Returns are not accepted for products such as costumes or masks. (Except if the product arrives damaged and this is indicated at the time of receipt)

   1. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for shipping the product.

   2. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will notify you of the approval of your return.

   3. A refund (less shipping costs, if applicable) or an exchange will be issued according to your choice.
